Audio and speech workflows depend on source quality and intended use

Audio conversion, extraction and speech processing can be affected by codec, bitrate, sample rate, background noise and the clarity of the original recording. A clean spoken recording usually provides a more predictable result than noisy or heavily compressed audio.

For speech-related results, names, numbers, technical terms and mixed-language passages deserve manual review. Automated processing is useful for speed, but it should not be treated as perfect transcription of every recording.
