Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy explains how iLovePDFTools handles information when you use the website, user account, optional Telegram verification and file processing tools. Account information When you create an account we may store your name, email address, mobile number, verification status, Telegram account identifiers used for verification, account status, login timestamps and tool activity. Passwords are never stored in plain text; only salted password hashes are stored. Email and mobile verification Email verification codes may be delivered through the configured email service. Mobile verification can use the official iLovePDFTools Telegram bot: you voluntarily share your own Telegram contact, the number is matched to the number entered during signup, and a one time code is sent in the Telegram chat. Uploaded files Files you submit to a tool are used to perform the requested conversion or transformation. The processing workflow uses temporary storage and removes job files after the result is delivered. Do not upload material you are not authorized to process. Logs and security The service may record operational information such as IP address, browser/user agent, timestamps, tool status and error information for security, fraud prevention, reliability and support. Anonymous tool use allowance and device recognition Visitors who are not signed in receive a limited number of free tool runs. To enforce this allowance even when ordinary browser cache or cookies are cleared, iLovePDFTools may derive a one way access control identifier from browser/device characteristics. The server stores only an HMAC hashed identifier plus limited hashed anti abuse metadata; it does not receive a hardware serial number. This control is designed to resist ordinary cache clearing, but a normal website cannot guarantee immutable hardware identity against deliberate fingerprint spoofing, another browser/device profile, privacy randomization, or major browser/system changes. Registered users receive unlimited free tool access while signed in. Cookies and local storage The site uses a login session cookie when you sign in. If advertising, analytics or consent tools are enabled, those providers may also use cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies and your consent choices where required. Google advertising disclosure If Google AdSense is enabled, third party vendors including Google may use cookies or other identifiers to serve, measure and personalize advertising where permitted. Google advertising cookies may be based on visits to this and other websites. Users can manage relevant advertising and privacy choices through the controls provided by Google and any consent management platform configured for the site. Sharing We do not sell uploaded files. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers needed to operate the service and by third party services you explicitly use, such as Telegram for Telegram based verification or Google when AdSense/consent services are enabled. Retention Account records are retained while the account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal and operational purposes. Temporary tool files are intended to be short lived. Contact requests may be retained until the request is resolved and for reasonable record keeping. Your choices You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account information, subject to applicable legal and security requirements. Advertising/privacy controls may also be available through the site's consent interface when advertising is enabled.
